*NSTAR Gas provided over $12,000 in rebates for this project under its Gas Energy Efficiency Program. DMI, an independent engineering consulting firm, calculated the annual natural gas energy savings of about 5000 therms.

Using Advanced Energy Panels to insulate all existing windows in this structure will translate to a 4.7-year payback before the rebates are applied, and a 2.4-year payback after!
