Advanced Energy Panels Returns Policy

Return of any stock item unused and in resalable condition must be made within 14 days.*  A re-stocking charge of $8.00 will apply if the item is a kit.  Custom Cut Kits are not returnable as they are specially made to order and are not resalable. If we have made an error in the cut lengths that you have specified we may require that you return the item as proof.  If we are in error we will pay the shipping and we will promptly reship the corrected component(s).  If all conditions are met then a refund will be given as money back, product credit, or exchange. Please note that Shipping Charges and Payment transaction fees will not be refundable.

* EXCEPTION:  No returns will be allowed on any quantity of 10 or more stock kits.  Anyone ordering more than 10 stock kits at a time should be sure that they understand the product and its use and limitations.  This can be accomplished by trial of one or two before ordering in quantity.  Quantities of 10 or more are non-refundable unless you have made an arrangement with AEP prior to the order.  Only a contractor who understands our product should order in large quantities and can enter into a special arrangement that will be a written agreement   Any questions or special circumstances call 518-686-9581 we are willing to work with you.
